Jordan does an Elliott

Quick note to let you all know the news on Jordan. He came home from hospital atabout 5.30 tonight and the news is that he has dislocated his Knee as we suspected. The good news is that there doesn't appear to be any ligament or tendon damage. He has to undergo Physio over the next few months and is hoping to play again in February.
I'm sure you will all join me in wishing him a quick and succesful recovery and don't think you won't be seeing him until February... he's already told me he is coming to watch every week and tell us where we are going wrong.

Get Better soon Jordy!

Update on Jordan

Went to see Jordan on Wednesday and he is doing better than I expected. His left leg is swollen but not badly.. mainly fluid. He has been told that he has not damaged any ligaments or tendons and he is already keen to start doing exercise to help him build his knee back to strength. It's very importnat that we all encourage him back to fitness and help him on his road to recovery but we also make sure that he doesn't try and do too much too soon!
He does log on here so feel free to post comments on this thread or even start new ones for him to see.

Sounds like he`s getting better then.

Where as we all want to see you back as soon as possible, you must not try and over do things to make it worse.

The best exercise is walking to the kettle and making the tea all the time, that's what kept steven so fit.

Laughing

But id you have time on your hands join the tournament and knock Steven off of the top space he`s doing my head thinking he`s the best.
