I will be using this site as a gunni pig for something i am working on right now.
Phpbb (the format of the forum) do not have link buttons to a facebook or bebo etc ready made.
This all sounds very easy but its far form it.
Facebook for example offer no such buttons so i am working form scratch to see if i can get it all to work.
You will see to your left a join me text, then maybe up to 3 pics , one for each one.
These will only show when and if you have entered you details in your profile.
For example i have entered my facebook id number so clicking on that should if working take you to my profile.
Bebo and myspace work by using your login name where as facebook works by the looks of it by using your id number, you will have to find your id number to be able to add it, to do this just click on your profile and look in the address bar and take down your id number it will look something like this
http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=743538511
you only need the number at the end.
As i said its just a test and i needed a working forum to test it out on, so this is the only forum on the system (possibly world) to have this.
