Post Post subject: Vs California
The match started off with the Invincibles looking the strongest, and with only mintues gone a though ball by Steven Field sent marcus on his way with only a fine save by the keeper stopping us from having a very early lead.

The Invincibles looked the more determined for each ball and the first 15 minutes saw the California's camped in their own half.

Steven field broke the deadlock with a fine thought ball and hurried shot that saw the keep sprawl the ball into his own net.

We dominated the half until around 35 mins when some fine playing down the right form the California`s saw a cross and a fine effort hit the back of the net to make it 1-1 totally against the run of play.

The California`s would class themselves unlucky not to score a few more as they had 3 shots saved off of the line, equally the Invincibles had some fine efforts saved at the other end. Steven Field had two good chances but the keeper saved them both .

then saw the Invincibles luck run out, the California` had an easy tap in goal which saw the keeper Craig twist his ankle.

With the score line 2-1 at half time and the invincibles minus a regular keeper Bryce stood tall and almost begged the manger to let him play in goal.

The second half saw the California`s exploit Byrce`s fine and brave keeping to grab 2 more goals before Steven Field grabbed one back for the Invincibles.

It was then end to end stuff with the California`s snatching another goal to make the final score 5-2 it was a flattering score line and one which could have so easily gone our way if not for the injury.

We should be proud of the performance but once again i feel we let slip another result, I dint want to say its a game of two halves , but we have to be playing the same type of football we showed we could play for 30 mins for both halves.
